We have been battling rat problems for years, but we didn’t realize how bad the situation was until they started keeping us up at night with their chewing in our walls! Received a postcard from Alley Cat and, in desperation, we had them come out for a free evaluation. We had other companies come in and, yes, they would set traps and then never show up again! They did NOTHING to prevent the rats from getting in!

Alley Cat came in, evaluated and, within a few days, sent a TEAM of people to seal, remove and replace contaminated infrastructure, set traps, give us advice and schedule a follow-up appointment to check traps. They were at our house for two days! BEST MONEY EVER SPENT!!!

The Alley Cat crew just left after doing a stellar job, cleaning, re-insulating, patching, and rat-proofing–leaving me confident that our days of hearing the awful skritch of rats in the attic are over! Brian was super friendly and I’m very appreciative of how much care they took to protect my house and especially my toddler’s room from any damage or dirt. I’ve spent enough time in my attic and crawl space to understand how challenging that work can be, but they got right to it and didn’t let up all day. Brian answered all my questions and walked me through the work (with photos) after they cleaned up.

They were very easy to communicate with, make appointments with and showed up as scheduled. Alley Cat did a wonderful bid inspection that consisted of a full written report, with great pictures and wonderful descriptions. Our inspector was extremely friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. We had work done in the attic and crawl space and they did a great job sectioning off the house to keep all of the house perfectly clean. We are very happy to have found Attic Cat!
